We actively manage the maintenance of our buildings, based on detailed short term, medium term and long term Forward Maintenance Plans, allowing proper planning of building finances to protect investments, including:

• Daily and short term maintenance aspects (cleaning, urgent repairs, etc.);

• Medium term repairs and maintenance (rainwater goods cleaning, plant servicing, preventative maintenance);

• Long term maintenance (major refurbishments, major replacements);

• Planned surveys over multiple levels of timescale reviewing against maintenance plans;
